| Summary: | This submission is informed by discussion at a seminar held by the Sustainable Consumption Roundtable on 28 June on the subject of Sustainable Consumption in the Food Industry Sustainability Strategy. The Strategy sets out to apply sustainable development thinking to the entire food supply chain. Our recommendations, and the seminar proceedings that informed them, are clearly focused on the consumption end of this chain. |
