Ofgem in-depth review
Under its new watchdog role SDC is currently running three in-depth reviews. One into the sustainable communities plan, the second into supermarkets and the third into the role of Ofgem in delivering a sustainable energy system.
As part of the evidence base for the review of Ofgem the SDC is requesting comments on current energy market regulation from industry, local and central Government, NGO's and interested individuals who have an understanding of the issues. The questions are designed to probe into various areas of energy market regulation in an attempt to uncover the extent to which Ofgem has influence over the systems sustainability.
Please complete the questionnaire and return it to the SDC by 30 September to help contribute the outcomes of this review.
